I feel like it creates a connection, and my laptop is ready to recieve, but the phone never sends any data (other than that it establishes the connection). I have installed "dr.fone toolkit for Android" and "EaseUS mobisaver". In doing so I lost my data, and I'd like to recover (some of) my data. My nexus 5 wouldn't reboot and I had to unlock the bootloader and flash a factory image (6.0.1).
